I feel very fortunate to have been looked after by Mr Coull. The experience from start to finish was world class. Mr Coull has many gifts but being kind, empathetic and understanding of a patients needs shine through. From the moment I went to see him for a consultation till the end of the colonoscopy, the attention to my needs was first class. Mr Coull along with his staff, whom it’s clear he is really respected by, gave me the information and care I required. I felt comfortable at all times and fully informed of why things were happening. I couldn’t imagine there was a better work environment anywhere. I couldn’t recommend Mr Coull highly enough and I will be seeking his professionalism and care going forward always.

Firstly I must state that Mr Dominic Coull is a very special human being and I am exceedingly fortunate he came into my life. He is the consummate professional at all times and possesses and incredible air of calmness about him and almost creates an aura around him when he converses with you. This is followed by a true respect for you the person which further exudes a politeness whilst listening and processing your every word. This ultimately seeps through to you to build an amazing level of confidence in this consultant. I am aware he is respected by his peers and his undoubted skill in the way he performs procedures for me is unquestionable. Whilst this cannot happen I would like everyone to be treated and cared for by this wonderful gentleman. He keeps you informed throughout and clearly explains any outcomes in such a way that you clearly understand where you are with everything and what options may need to be considered..

Mr Coull was so wonderful today. I was recommended by my friend. Mr Coull really put me at ease, I was so embarrassed as I had suffered with Haemorrhoids for years. Mr Coull was professional and kind and sorted the problem in 20 minutes! I cannot recommend Mr Coull enough. Wonderful, kind and caring man who is a credit to the profession.

I’ve had reason to visit Dominic Coull at Spire Dunedin twice this year with an inguinal hernia and diverticulitis disease. Both the operation and procedure were carried out with exceptional skill and calmness putting a nervous me totally at ease. He is truly a first class surgeon/consultant and one of the very best in his field but just as importantly his manner and advice is spot on. Can’t thank or recommend him highly enough.
